CLEVIS HANGERS - TOOL-FREE, FAST INSTALLATION

Insert saddle inside the Clevis hanger, then a simple ‘’Click’’ is all it takes to insert the cartridge that locks the saddle with its clevis hanger. The saddle is now secured in place while pipes are being installed or insulated. Both the cartridge door and the lock-in guides make it impossible for saddle to move or twist. This feature is what allows the insulated pipes to move freely inside the saddle (not with the saddle) when thermal expansion comes in effect.

Just “clip” cartridge inside saddle, put in on top of steel-angle and “zip” the blade down until secured on steel-angle inside corner.

H-BEAM / I-BEAM - TOOL-FREE, FAST INSTALLATION
InsuguardMulti®’s H-Beam / I-Beam adaptor is the latest member of the family. Like its predecessors, the clip-on adaptor is secured to the saddle within seconds. Thanks to its ratchet type mechanism, the installation on the beam is done in a matter of seconds.

FLOOR ADAPTOR
InsuguardMulti®’s Floor adaptor is the only adaptor of our tool-free line that requires tools in order to be strongly fixed to any floor, including concrete. The Clevis adaptor is designed with holes for screws to secure it to the floor, then the saddle is simply clipped on to it and ready to receive the pipe. For larger saddles, a stabilizer and its receptacle are needed as seen in this video.
STABILIZER - TOOL-FREE, FAST INSTALLATION
As its name clearly states, InsuguardMulti®’s Stabilizer was designed to make sure large saddles are immune to sideways flipping wether installed on floor, struts or steel angle. The fast installation video greatly shows the application.
SLIDING LIP DESIGN
Insulation damage is common at the end of traditional saddles.
Their sharp edges attack the insulation when it moves.
Thanks to the Insuguard Multi® lip design, it allows free lateral movement of piping at both ends, without damaging its insulation-EVER!
NON-ADHESIVE SURFACE
The inside surface of the Insuguard Multi® is equipped with a special texture(MT-11030) that allows the pipes and their insulation to move freely, within the saddle.
The texture’s design acts as micro bubbles to create a thin film of air between the saddle and the insulation to accommodate movement of the pipes generated by thermal expansion and vibration.
The insulation tear-off problem is a thing of the past!
MATCHING NOTCHES
In the eventuality that a InsuCover® should be needed, the Insuguard Multi® is equipped with matching notches to quickly adapt to it.
